Qualifications
If you believe you qualify, please review the requirements below. Applications can be submitted through the form on this page or mailed to our office.
Please redact any sensitive information such as Social Security numbers. Discounts are for personal use only and cannot be combined with other coupon codes.
Veterans
All US Military veterans are eligible for 50% off full-price retail orders. This discount applies to veterans only — not family members.
Qualifying documents:
- VA card
- DD-214 or honorable discharge paperwork
- Military service records
- State-issued ID with veteran classification
Long-term disability
Individuals with a long-term medical disability receive 50% off full-price retail orders. Disability must be confirmed by a medical doctor or government agency.
Qualifying documents:
- Signed letter from a doctor, hospital, or government agency
- SSDI income awarding letter or benefit statement
- Direct deposit check
Low-income households
Any American citizen with income below the federal poverty level may apply. Other proof of income accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Qualifying documents:
- Tax return (current or last year's)
- EBT card + state-issued photo ID
- Medicaid card + state-issued photo ID
- SSI awarding letter or benefit statement
