Shipping Times

Our blends are hand crafted in small batches with the freshest ingredients possible for the highest quality blends. Because we mix small batches, orders are filled and shipped as soon as possible. This is typically within 5-7 days after order placement. If products in your order are out of stock, but we will always send you an email to let you know if your order is delayed. Additionally, all orders will be packed and shipped in the order they are received.

Delivery Costs

Local (Within Chicago)

Within the city of Chicago, we offer local pick up and delivery, both free of charge.

If you choose local delivery, we will deliver to you as soon as your order is ready.

If you choose local pick up, we will reach out to schedule a pick up time. Orders can be picked up from our kitchen, The Hatchery, or we are happy to organize a pick up at any one of our markets.

Shipping (outside Chicago)

We ship for $9.99 within the United States through USPS or UPS. Orders with a subtotal equal to or greater than $40 qualify for free shipping!

Shipped orders should arrive within 2-5 days depending on distance, barring unforeseen shipping delays from the carrier.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.
