- Pick a new tea and we’ll take off your credit. We’ll even throw in a bonus 10% off your purchase!

How do I get my full value?
Adjustments Based on Factors:

- Less than 6 months from production date: No adjustment
- 6-12 months from production date: -10%
- Over 12 months from production date or without expiration date: Not accepted (due to freshness concerns)
- Package Condition:
- Excellent (unopened, no damage): No adjustment
- Minor cosmetic damage (e.g., small tear, slight dent): -10%
- Major damage or tampering: Not accepted
- Tea bags:
- Bagged teas are only eligible for up to 75% of their trade in value in store credit due to leaf condition.
