This blend starts with organic chamomile flowers, grown in Egypt, where warm sunshine and rich soils help create sweet, floral blooms known for their calming properties. They’re paired with organic English lavender flowers from France, famous for its fragrant lavender fields and soft, aromatic floral notes.
To brighten things up, we add organic rosehips from Chile and organic orange peel from Spain—a duo that brings tart, citrusy flavor and a gentle vitamin C boost to balance out the florals. Finally, we finish with organic freeze-dried pineapple from Costa Rica, adding just the right touch of tropical sweetness for a playful twist on your classic chamomile tea. Together, these botanicals create a floral, fruity, and calming cup—perfect for unwinding at sunset (or anytime you need a little calm).

Hot Tea

For a soft and soothing cup, heat your water to 210-212°F. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water, and let it steep for 4-6 minutes. This allows the chamomile and lavender to fully bloom, while the pineapple and citrus add their gentle sweetness. Want to sweeten things up? Try a drizzle of wildflower honey — its delicate floral notes pair beautifully with this blend.

Iced Tea

Looking for a chilled-out sunset moment? Double the tea (that’s 2 teaspoons per 8 oz of water) and steep hot using the same time and temp. Pour over ice and enjoy a cool, floral-fruity refresher.

Cold Steeping

For a smoother, more delicate sip, add 1 oz of tea (about 4 tablespoons) to a gallon of cold water. Let it steep in the fridge for at least 8 hours, then strain and enjoy. Cold steeping highlights the fruity brightness while keeping the florals soft and subtle.
