We're John and Nora, two best friends who love tea and hate overpriced nonsense. As a queer, woman-owned (Nora) and Black-owned (John) small business, we built Moody Teas to flip the script on fancy tea culture. Because everyone deserves good tea, not just people who can drop $15 on a single ounce.
We got tired of the same old options — low-quality grocery store teas full of dust and mystery flavors, or high-end boutique teas that felt more like a luxury flex than a daily treat. So we started blending our own, with real ingredients and prices that actually make sense.
