White Tea Cocktail – White Peony Smash

There are tons of tea cocktail recipes out there, but very few white tea cocktails. This is shocking to us, considering many of it’s characteristics lend themselves to a refreshing summer cocktail! So we decided to make one, and came up with this White Peony Smash! White Peony’s mellow, fruity flavor, smooth body, and sweet taste make a perfect base for a light, fresh drink to relax with on a warm evening. Smash cocktails are a family of cocktails involving muddling, which we’ll use in this recipe!
