Payment
We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):
- Cash on Delivery
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- PayPal
To make a purchase, simply select the items you would like to order and add them to your shopping bag. You can then proceed through the checkout process and make a secure online payment using your credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) or PayPal account. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.By law, we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipping to New York and Tennessee. The rate of tax will be determined by the exact delivery address and displayed when placing your order.
Delivery
All orders within the USA are shipped via UPS at the following rates (you will have the option to select your rate when placing an order):
- Free Standard (1-5 business days) — Free (orders over $35)
- Standard (1-5 business days) — $9.99
- Next Day Air (1 business day) — $18.95
Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm EST (excluding holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding holidays).Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been dispatched.As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges since they are specific to each location.

We’re not perfect, even if we try. If we got it wrong—that is, your order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete—let us know right away. We’ll figure out what happened and find the best way to make it right for you. Easy peasy lemon squeezy. - Not the right mood?
Turns out you don’t love dandelion root after all? Need a more calming mood? If you’re really not digging your purchase, we can help. We want you love what you buy as much as we love hand-blending our teas, so if you’re not happy with what you ordered, get in touch with us and let’s spill the tea about it. While we cannot refund loose leaf tea, we’ll find a solution. Please note that online orders cannot be returned at famers’ markets or pop-ups.
Farmers Market and Pop-up purchases
Not thrilled with your purchase? We got you. Bring your purchase and original receipt back to any of our pop-ups within 30 days, and we’ll replace any item that’s just not working for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund loose leaf tea but will be happy to exchange for the weight returned.
