Bright and Earl-y is Moody Teas’ take on a traditional earl grey. A green tea base, light and less astringent than a black tea, is complemented with bergamot to give it that familiar earl grey flavor, while the addition of dandelion root provide a boost to your mood. This blend brews a cup that will not only boost your energy with a caffeine kick, but will also boost your mood for that invigorating kick needed to begin (or continue) your day!
AROMA AND TASTE
Bright and Earl-y has a wonderfully light, green flavor with a floral hint of bergamot. The aroma is similarly bright, green, slightly grassy and vegetal.
BREW TIME, COLOR, AND TEMP
Bright and Earl-y brews to a deep, greenish amber color. The tea should brew for no longer than 3-4 minutes at 160-170 degrees.
