Our organic White Peony tea comes from certified organic farms in China, where tea growers carefully hand-pick young buds and fresh leaves at the very start of the season. This early harvest is what gives White Peony its naturally sweet, delicate flavor and its famously smooth, clean finish.

Hot Tea

For a calm, comforting cup, heat your water to 180-185°F — a slightly lower temp helps preserve White Peony’s delicate sweetness. Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water, and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. The leaves will unfurl slowly, releasing that gentle floral aroma as they go.

Iced Tea

For a cool, refreshing twist, double the tea (that’s 2 teaspoons per 8 oz of water) and steep hot using the same time and temp. Pour it straight over ice and enjoy the sweet, floral notes on a whole new level.

Cold Steeping

Want to slow steep your calm? Add 1 oz of tea (about 4 tablespoons) to a gallon of cold water. Let it steep in the fridge for at least 8 hours, then strain and sip. Cold steeping brings out even softer floral notes, perfect for an afternoon reset.
